“That’s impossible. Belle accidentally attacked me and I withdrew into the gem, I fought Cyttorak himself and defeated him. There is no way he is doing that.” I crossed my arms over my chest as I spoke, still slightly confused.
(Logan)
“Oh no.” Ororo said turning and running down to the room where the Professor was. “Cyttorak can’t be defeated. He hides and takes energy to grow stronger. Whatever happened inside that gym, happened to your body.”
[Cain]
I gave him an even more confused look. “Logan you know that, it was red. WHY?”
(Logan)
“Ororo we have a problem.” I said turning around at him. I walked away from Cain and went to her, whispering into her ear what was happening. She turned around and looked at Cain. I’m guessing the somewhat horror expression that stayed on her face didn’t make Cain feel any better.
[Cain]
My confusion went to worry as I walked over to them. “What the hell is going on, why aren’t you telling me anything.” I looked between the two of them, worry written all over my face.
(Logan)
“Cain I believe Cyttorak is trying to take over the energy in that rose. What do you think will happen if he does?”
[Cain]
I gave him an even more confused look. “Logan you know that, it was red. WHY?”
(Logan)
“Ororo we have a problem.” I said turning around from him. I walked away from Cain and went to her, whispering into her ear what was happening. She turned around and looked at Cain. I’m guessing the somewhat horror expression that stayed on her face didn’t make Cain feel any better.
[Cain]
I slowly and cautiously stood back up, I phased the armor to clear and stood there. “Is there something wrong with it?” I asked nervously.
(Logan)
I moved my hand towards it just for it to be shocked. “Ahh” I said slightly as I watched blood drip from my two fingers. They weren’t healing immediately which made me somewhat uncomfortable. “The color at the bottom.. It’s.. It’s turning red. Some other power source is trying to take over this one.”
[Cain]
I gave him a confused look as I phased the armor back over it and placed my outer armor back on. “What do you mean by some other power?” I asked confused and worried.
(Logan)
“What color was the Cyttorak jewel you absorbed into your body?” Logan asked now in a serious tone.
[Cain]
I slowly and cautiously stood back up, I phased the armor to clear and stood there. “Is there something wrong with it?” I asked nervously.
(Logan)
I moved my hand towards it just for it to be shocked. “Ahh” I said slightly as I watched blood drip from my two fingers. I clenched my fists as I stood in front of her. “You have NO idea what hell we have gone through together. NONE! I’ve rescued her more times than you can count and I’ve asked for nothing in return. You guys stay here in your precious little fucking school and do nothing about what is going on out there. I’ve rescued her from being, raped, tortured, and experimented on. We’ve been to the states, to Japan, on a Navy ship, to Madagascar, we have been having to run because of what is going on out there. I’ve been able to keep her out of harms way the whole way through, so don’t you tell me I’m robbing her of fucking ANYTHING Ororo. If anything, I’m saving her from what that shitty world holds.”
I was practically yelling the whole time I spoke, I was quickly regretting coming to this place. I was about ten seconds from throwing Logan and putting her through a wall. I continued to grit my teeth and clench my fists, getting ready for a fight. I paused a moment and took off my armor, I phased the one last piece of armor to clear and exposed the rose. “This is the symbol of the love we have for each other. When she feels sad I feel it ten fold and practically brings me to my knees. If at any point she removes it from my body and destroys it or makes it disappear, my mind and body lose the will to live and I slowly start to die. So you don’t think we have anything, well we do and you’ll just have to get used to that.” I turned and sat back down near the door, not wanting to hear it anymore.
(Logan)
I spoke to Ororo silently with my lips. She walked away and I walked near Cain. His armor was back up over the flower, but something was right about it. “Cain, Can I see the flower again?”
[Cain]
I was hesitant to phase out the armor again. “Why?” I asked slightly nervous, slightly curious. I just should it to him, why would he want to see it again?
(Logan)
“Something didn’t look right.” I said cautiously. I didn’t need to anger him anymore than he already was thanks to Ororo. “The flower has multiple purposes that John and I taught Belle while she was here. I’ve seen them before, but something was just off.”
[Cain]

I’m only 32 and you’re what 27, not that big of a difference.” I turned and sat back down near the door. “Love has no boundaries, in case you didn’t see on her hand. We are married, and we love each other beyond anything the two of you could know.” I put my head in my hands and continued to watch the door, hoping Belle would come out soon.
(Logan)
I thought my jaw hit the floor when he brought out the ‘M’ word and I knew Ororo’s actually did, because when I looked over her mouth was wide open. “She is just a child! She can’t be married!” Ororo started screaming. I watched at Cain was getting angrier at Ororo’s arguments. “She’s a child who hasn’t even experienced the world yet and because the one mistake she made with you, she’ll never experience it. You’re taking away the time she needs to learn how to grow, to experience life. But instead you block her from the real world, from the things that every kid needs to know before they can become an adult. You’re robbing her of her life.”
Cain stood up and Ororo’s eyes ghosted over. I got in the middle of them before anything happened. “Both of you relax. Calm down.” I said placing my hands up to both of them. “This isn’t the time nor place Ororo so just relax.”
[Cain]
“Her memories are none of my concern. Belle if you would.”
[Belle]
I looked up at Cain before moving from his grasp and hovering to the ground. I turned around and smiled. “Stay.” I gave him the ‘trust me for once’ look before entering the room.
[Cain]
I took a step forward as she entered the room but stopped. As the door closed I sat on the floor just outside the door and waited. Logan and Ororo were giving me weird looks, “What are you two looking at?” I said looking between the two of them.
(Logan)
“Could be the fact you said you loved a child.” Ororo said coldly. I couldn’t help but laugh. Ororo was a mother figure, and I had never really seen her this way very often. “I just don’t understand how an old ass man like yourself found a young, barely legal eighteen year old girl. The fact you fought her and were going to kill her took me a lot not to rip our your jugular.”
[Cain]
I coddled Belle in my arms as she gripped my armor. I slowly became nervous as we came to the door, I was sure to not show it on my face. After I was at the door I gave the door a hard knock and waited for someone to answer.
I heard a knock at the door as Ororo and I passed it with smaller students. I went towards it and opened it, retracting my claws immediately when I saw who it was. “Juggernaut you have no business being here!” I said jumping towards him. I tried to attack him, but he was protected by a blue shield when I swung. I landed on my feet and gave a confused look. I noticed something or someone in his arms. A blue wave of hair moved with the wind. “Belle?”
I just stood there when Logan tried to attack, knowing that if it landed, it wouldn’t hurt and I would heal. When Belle put up the shield I was happy so that Logan could calm down for a moment. “Yes it is Belle. She is fine Logan, See.” I opened my arms to expose Belle. “She is here for training and she said the professor could help.” he paused for a moment then spoke once more, “And the name is Cain. Wolverine.”
“Logan who is it?” Ororo asked walking towards the door. “It’s Cain.” “Cain who?” She asked as she opened the door. “Juggernaut.” She said under her breath.
